Ajay Rajbhar

Ajay Rajbhar has a broad range of work experience in technical support and cloud operations. Ajay started their career in 2010 as a Production Support Engineer at ICICI Bank, where they performed daily health checks and testing of applications. In 2012, they joined SAP as a Sr. Technical Support Analyst, providing support to leading investment banking clients and handling implementation and maintenance of production applications. In 2014, Ajay worked as a Sr. Technical Support at Bigtree Entertainment Pvt.Ltd. (BookMyShow), resolving technical issues related to ticketing applications. In 2015, they became a Team Lead of Technical Support at Birds Eye Systems Private Limited (Ridlr), where they led and mentored a team and managed AWS-based infrastructure. Currently, since 2017, Ajay is working at TraceLink in various roles such as Cloud Operations Engineer, Team Lead, and Manager, overseeing cloud operations.

Ajay Rajbhar completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai between 2006 and 2009. Later on, between 2014 and 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
