David Gipstein

David Gipstein has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David currently holds the position of VP of Information Technology at TraceLink since February 2019. Prior to this, they were the Global VP of IT Infrastructure at Teladoc Health from July 2017 to September 2018.

David's longest tenure was at Best Doctors, where they held various senior roles. David started as Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations in July 2011 and later became the Global VP of Technology in January 2013. In these positions, they were responsible for driving IT technology strategy and execution, overseeing global IT infrastructure and operations, information security and compliance, software release management, and vendor management.

Earlier in their career, David worked at Harvard University as an IT and Program Management Consultant, Director of IT at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Senior Project Manager in the Data Center Network & Server Systems PMO. David also served as a Principal at Strategic IT Technology Consulting and held leadership positions at MeetingMaker, Inc., BaseSix Inc., Inso Corporation, and TRO \ The Ritchie Organization.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure management, data security, compliance, and vendor management. David has experience in leading M+A initiatives, driving technology transformations and migrations, and overseeing global IT support services.

David Gipstein holds a Masters degree in Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Architectural Studies at the University of Washington. In addition, they obtained a certification in ITIL Foundations - IT Service Management in June 2012.
