Dhaval Bhatia has a diverse work experience in technical support and service roles. Dhaval began their career in 2014 as a Service Engineer at Glory Global Solutions, where they handled escalations issues and diagnosed system problems for various products. In 2016, they joined Topax NDT Solutions as a Service and Support Engineer, specializing in Computed Radiography systems. Dhaval then moved to Systech International in 2018, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer, starting at Level 2 and later progressing to Level 3. In this role, Dhaval interacted with customers, documented and resolved issues, and reported product defects. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Support Engineer at TraceLink, starting in 2022.
Dhaval Bhatia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Maherbanu Jr. college of science in AKOLA from 2008 to 2010. Before college, they completed their high school education at Holy Cross Convent High School in AKOLA from 1995 to 2008.
In terms of certifications, Dhaval Bhatia obtained several additional certifications. In February 2017, they completed the ASNT SNT-TC -1A Level-II certification from Carestream Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Later on, in August 2018, they completed the Field Engineer Training - Item Level and Field Engineer - Aggregation Training from Systech International. Finally, in September 2018, they received the Systech Intermediate Training certification from the same institution. Most recently, in March 2023, they became a certified administrator for Track & Trace Services from TraceLink.
