Don Couture

Don Couture has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their role as Systems Manager at Copyright Clearance Center from February 1989 to May 2008. Don then worked as a Software Engineer from May 2008 to October 2011 and later became the Lead Application Server Administrator from October 2011 to August 2016.

In August 2016, Don joined TraceLink as a Principal in Cloud Operations and was promoted to Manager in Cloud Operations in November 2018. Don served in this role until January 2020 when they became the Senior Principal in Cloud Operations/Manager SRE. Currently, since June 2021, they hold the position of Technical Director, Cloud Engineering at TraceLink, where they contribute to the technical direction and management of AWS infrastructure.

Don Couture attended Northeastern University from 1987 to 1990, however, no information was provided regarding the degree they obtained or the field of study they pursued.
