Janet Carlson

Janet Carlson has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Janet is currently working as the Senior Director of HR Business Partners at TraceLink since July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR Business Partnerships at Upstart from October 2022 to February 2023.

Janet has also held director-level positions at WarnerMedia, where they worked as the Director of Human Resources from March 2015 to September 2021. Janet was also the Director of Human Resources at TripAdvisor from May 2014 to March 2015, and at Visible Measures from July 2012 to April 2014.

Before their director roles, Janet worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Rocket Software from April 2011 to February 2012.
