In February 2018, Joshua became the Director of Service Products, overseeing the Global Network Success Group and ensuring TraceLink customers' successful integration with their trade partners for serialization data exchange. From March 2017 to February 2018, they held the position of Global Director, Network Success, where they oversaw three teams across US, UK, and India offices, focusing on data exchange in the pharmaceutical supply chain.

In June 2014, Joshua joined TraceLink as the first member of the Network Success Team. Joshua rapidly built out the department, pioneering cloud network methods for businesses to connect and share data. As Manager of Network Success from October 2014 to December 2015, they led two teams in building the TraceLink Network and establishing B2B connectivity for supply chain partners.

Before joining TraceLink, Joshua worked at Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics) as a Client Manager and Program Manager from May 2013 to May 2014. Joshua partnered with clients to create strategies for sustained success within their automated solution.

Prior to their time at Kiva Systems, Joshua served as a Store Team Leader at Target from February 2005 to February 2013, where they were responsible for managing daily and long-term operations of a Target store. Joshua also worked as a Sales Manager at Blinds To Go from July 2000 to February 2005.

Early in their career, Joshua had the opportunity to work as a Teacher at Chester W. Taylor Elementary School from July 1999 to June 2000.
