Nick Camelio has a strong and extensive work experience history. Nick began their career at Lotus Development in 1992, where they worked as a HR Specialist and later as a Recruiter. In 1996, they joined IBM - Lotus as an HR Account Manager until 2000.

Following that, Camelio served as the HR Director for the Northeast Region at Vignette Corporation from 2000 to 2001. Nick then worked at BrassRing Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources, leading various HR functions and implementing key programs.

Camelio's next role was at VistaPrint USA, where they worked in HR Partnerships for a brief period in 2007. Later that year, they joined Salary.com as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, establishing a strategic Global Human Capital Management function and improving employee engagement and productivity.

In 2008, Camelio sponsored and oversaw the international operations of Salary.com Jamaica LTD as an Executive Director until 2010.

From 2011 to 2017, they joined Demandware as the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Nick played a critical role in the company's high growth phase, contributing to its expansion and success.

Camelio's most recent role is as the Chief People Officer at TraceLink since 2017. Nick collaborates with life sciences supply chain companies, utilizing innovative track and trace solutions to protect patients and transform the industry.

Throughout their career, Camelio has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness in various organizations.

Nick Camelio earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Bentley University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications from WorldatWork. Nick became a Certified Compensation Professional in November 2008 and achieved the status of a Global Remuneration Professional in March 2009.
