Rachana Agrawal

Rachana Agrawal started their career as an Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2006 and worked there until 2010. Rachana then joined Cognizant as a Technical Consultant from September 2010 to February 2011. After that, they worked at IBM US as a Software Engineer from March 2011 to May 2012. Rachana later joined AT&T as a Technical Architect from May 2013 to September 2014. Rachana then returned to Cognizant and worked as a Senior Associate - Projects, specializing in Implementation Project Management at Tracelink from December 2014 to June 2018. Rachana also gained experience in life sciences serialization and provided leadership and consultancy to various business use cases of customers during this role. In June 2018, Rachana joined TraceLink as a Project Manager and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in March 2021. Rachana has been responsible for providing project leadership for customer implementations with complex engagements for key accounts and has utilized their product expertise in requirement analysis, use case discussions, and business process analysis.

Rachana Agrawal attended University Engineering College in Kota from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied at Enginerring College in Kota, Rajasthan, where they earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
