Renato Fornaroli

Renato Fornaroli has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies.

At TraceLink, they began as a Test Engineer in August 2011, where they implemented software test plans and utilized automated test tools to create testing frameworks. Renato then transitioned to an Implementation Consultant in August 2012, managing various phases of the software development life cycle and helping clients solve complex business problems. In May 2014, they took on the role of Senior Implementation Consultant, driving transformations and supporting strategy through implementation. Starting in September 2017, they became a Senior Technical Consultant, leading resources for deployment and release management of cloud-based solutions.

From January 2017 to August 2017, Renato worked at Orion Health as an Implementation Consultant Team Lead. In this role, they collaborated with stakeholders to assess configuration and architecture, mentored team members, and ensured project deadlines were met. Prior to that, from May 2014 to December 2016, they served as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Orion Health, supporting strategy and implementation while prioritizing impact and sustainability. Lastly, they started their career at Orion Health in August 2011 as a Test Engineer, implementing test plans and utilizing automated test tools.

Most recently, Renato returned to TraceLink in July 2021 as a Technical Support Manager. In this current position, they lead a global team of Technical Support Engineers, manages customer escalations, and ensures alignment with departmental goals by reviewing reports and providing monitoring and feedback to team members. Renato also oversees new team member onboarding and training, as well as documentation of new learnings for internal and external knowledge sharing.

Renato Fornaroli obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science - IT from Università degli Studi Milano Bicocca, graduating in 2006. Renato has also acquired several additional certifications, including EU Compliance Specialist, Russia Compliance Specialist, Saudi Arabia Compliance Specialist, and Hiring an Employee for Managers, which they received from TraceLink and LinkedIn in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
