Ross Francis

Ross Francis has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Ross started their career at Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in 2010, where they worked as a Systems Administrator for five years. In 2015, they joined The Greeley Company as a Senior Systems Administrator and held this position until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in system administration and management. In 2019, Ross Francis took on a role as a Firefighter at the Town of Boxford. In the same year, they also joined TraceLink as an IT Systems & Cloud Architect. Ross has been working in this role, utilizing their expertise in IT systems and cloud architecture, since December 2021. Throughout their career, Ross Francis has demonstrated their skills and knowledge in the IT industry, showcasing their ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.

Ross Francis attended Salem State University from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Computer Science. Ross did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, Ross Francis has obtained several certifications. In February 2020, they received the Firefighter I/II certification and the Hazardous Materials: Operational Level Responder Certification from The National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications. Furthermore, in April 2007, they obtained the Emergency Medical Technician certification from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
