Rutwij R. has several years of experience in talent acquisition. Rutwij currently works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at TraceLink since March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from September 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Rutwij was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Experian from August 2021 to September 2022, where they managed the full talent acquisition lifecycle for Experian India. Rutwij also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist APAC at Experian from September 2019 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Rutwij was a Talent Acquisition Executive at Cognizant from July 2016 to October 2019 and an HR Intern Talent Acquisition at Suzlon Group from August 2015 to July 2016.

Rutwij R. completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource from Savitribai Phule Pune University during the period of 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from MIT College Pune from 2011 to 2014.
