Judi Archbold

Judi Archbold has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Judi started their career at SysteMed, Inc., where they served as the VP and General Counsel, overseeing legal affairs, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and human resources. During their tenure, they successfully completed two public stock offerings and facilitated the acquisition and integration of core businesses.

After leaving SysteMed, Inc., Archbold established their own law practice, providing corporate counsel services to various companies, including PIA Merchandising Company Inc., Pinnacle Micro, Inc., and Arkenol, Inc.

Judi then joined Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison as an Of Counsel Corporate Attorney before transitioning to AmerisourceBergen, where they acted as in-house corporate counsel, specializing in review, negotiation, and compliance of national prime vendor and preferred provider distribution agreements.

Archbold later served as the CEO, Risk Manager, Logistics & Operations at the Archbold Family, where they managed domestic operations and various responsibilities involving education, healthcare, risk management, logistics, and community relations.

Judi then joined MarkMonitor as a Commercial Contracts Attorney, remotely supporting the company's global sales organization, negotiating complex agreements.

Most recently, Archbold has been working at Tracer as a Corporate Counsel, utilizing their legal expertise in this role.

Throughout their career, Archbold has demonstrated their expertise in grant writing and fund development for non-profit organizations, as well as their commitment to corporate legal affairs and compliance.

Judi Archbold attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where they obtained a J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree in Law. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
