Pedro Santos

Pedro Santos started their work experience in 2021 as an Assistant Manager at Meu Super São Martinho. In this role, they were responsible for store opening/closing, handling cash drawer balancing, running end-of-day reports, and preparing accounting documents. Pedro also provided accurate information to customers and attended to their requests, establishing credibility with them. Pedro served as the Manager in the absence of the supervisor to ensure proper store operations and procedures. In 2022, they joined Tracer as a Business Analyst Trainee.

Pedro Santos attended the Universidade da Madeira from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. In 2022, they obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce.
