Raj Kappagantula

Raj Kappagantula is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service management and project delivery. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service Management at Tracfone Wireless Inc since September 2016, Raj oversees major and minor incident management, focusing on customer and revenue-impacting incidents. Previously, as Delivery and Release Manager at Tracfone from October 2012 to January 2014, Raj managed technical phases of IT project execution. Raj's decade-long tenure at Tracfone also included roles such as MAX Production Manager, where significant implementations of IBM technologies and real-time data transfer solutions were achieved, as well as Technical Lead for IVR systems. Earlier career milestones include consultancy work for clients like Nabisco and Samsung at eComServer, and a tenure as a Software Engineer & Entrepreneur at Cogent Consultancy and Constructions. Raj holds two Master's degrees in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University.
