Dale Arnt

Dale Arnt is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service Management at VHB since December 2012, Dale oversees IT department efficiency while collaborating with various teams to implement technical solutions. Prior to VHB, Dale held multiple roles at H&R Block, including Regional Technology Manager, where management of 15 Field Service Technicians and support for 194 locations were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as IT Services Manager, Regional IT Specialist, Field Service Technician, and Lead Tech Call Center Agent. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Benedictine University, obtained in 2006.
