Brad Sloan

Brad Sloan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brad is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Trachte LLC, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Dexter Axle Company from January 2020 to December 2023. Brad also has a history with GE, where they held various roles including General Manager of Operations, Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Materials (North America), and Global Lean Leader at GE Oil & Gas from 2012 to 2020. Brad also worked at GE Power & Water as an Engineering Technical Leader - Combustion Design and a Combustion Design Engineer from 2007 to 2012. Before that, Brad was involved with GE Healthcare as a Business Team Leader/MSO and a Process Engineer from 2003 to 2007. Their career began at ESAB as a Mechanical Engineer from 1998 to 2003.

Brad Sloan attended Clemson University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
