Rose E. Morgan, CAP-OM, is a seasoned business owner and administrative professional with extensive experience in event production and support roles. As the owner of Brilliant Diamond Group Enterprises since January 2010, Rose specializes in personal and professional development for women, aiming to equip them with essential tools for success.
