Chardaye Matthews

Chardaye Matthews is an experienced project coordinator and analytics fellow with a strong background in health care and data management. Currently serving as a Tracked Fellow at Tracked Ltd, Chardaye specializes in analytics fundamentals and data modeling. At HealthCare Access Maryland, Chardaye has held multiple roles, including Program Coordinator, Training and Quality Assurance Manager, and Certified Navigator, demonstrating a consistent track record of managing projects, leading training initiatives, and enhancing productivity, while facilitating health insurance enrollments for over 500 residents.
