Jessica Rich

Jessica Rich is currently a Tracked Fellow at Tracked Ltd, where participation involves an intensive four-week program focused on analytics, covering areas such as Data Modelling, Business Fundamentals, Data Visualisations, and SQL. Prior experience includes completion of a virtual bootcamp at Trailhead by Salesforce, aimed at building Salesforce skills. Jessica served as an RCM AR Manager at Pathways, effectively managing cash receipts for a monthly revenue exceeding $3.5 million, and as a Customer Success Specialist Lead at Wells Fargo, where customer support and satisfaction were prioritized. Additional roles include managerial responsibilities at KBP Foods, focusing on budget restructuring and employee training, as well as office administration at Southeastern Home Healthcare, which involved report management and workflow optimization. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western Governors University, Jessica's educational journey began in March 2021 and is expected to conclude in September 2024.
