Nikki Masani

Nikki Masani, CSM, CAPM, is a professional with extensive experience in software support and implementation, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Support Consultant at Quorum Software since June 2022, Nikki has a background that includes roles as a Software Implementation Consultant II, Compliance Management Analyst, and FMS Analyst at Insite360 from May 2016 to June 2022. Recently, Nikki joined Tracked Ltd as a Tracked Fellow, focusing on analytics fundamentals. Previous experience includes business management at Texas Souvenir & Gifts and various roles at Bank of America and Victoria's Secret. Nikki holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management, as well as a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the University of Houston, and is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Texas at Austin.
