Robert Rodden

Robert Rodden currently serves as a Client Service Manager at Tracker starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions in IT recruitment, including Lead IT Recruiter at Amazon from April 2022 to October 2022 and IT Division Director at Red Kite Recruiting from July 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included building talent pipelines and collaborating with management to develop recruiting strategies. Robert also demonstrated leadership as Lead IT BDM and IT Staffing Manager at TalentBridge, achieving significant client engagement and recruitment success. Early career experiences include Executive IT Recruiter at Parker and Lynch and other roles focused on candidate placement and business development in the finance sector. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on Environmental History from Appalachian State University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Sustainable Investing from Harvard Business School Online.
