Troy Davis

Troy Davis is a skilled race engineer with extensive experience in the NASCAR Cup Series, currently serving as the 2nd Race Engineer for the #99 NASCAR Cup Series Team at Trackhouse Entertainment Group since November 2021. Prior roles include 3rd Race Engineer and Data Acquisition Engineer at Chip Ganassi Racing Teams, where responsibilities encompassed post-race analysis and leading data acquisition efforts using advanced sensor technologies. Troy's foundational experience includes mechanical engineering internships that involved analyzing spring nonlinearity and automation processes for simulation data, complemented by practical crew experience at John Peters Motorsports. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Norwich University.
