Matt Hodges-Long has had a varied career in the corporate world. Matt began their career in 1992 as a Site Manager at Barratt Developments plc, where they were the youngest Site Manager in company history. In 1996, they moved to GlaxoSmithKline as an eBusiness Consultant and Facilities Manager. In 2000, they were recruited by Regus as the Global Head of New Product Development. In 2001, they founded The Offsite Group, a specialist Sales and Marketing consultancy to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. In 2002, they founded Flexas Ltd and DisasterRecoveryManager.com, where they created the CallSpace availability monitoring service and the Disaster Recovery Manager online Business Continuity Plan hosting environment. In 2014, they became the Managing Director of Continuity Partner, a company that delivers peace of mind and commercial credibility through their unique fully managed Business Continuity service. In 2017, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of TrackMyRisks, a SaaS Governance, Risk & Compliance platform. Finally, in 2019, they became the Co-Founder of the Building Safety Register, a campaign to improve standards of UK Building Safety.

Matt Hodges-Long obtained a BSc Hons in Building Technology & Design from NESCOT between 1992 and 1995.
