Andy Creteau

Andy Creteau is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as the COO at Tracks Unlimited LLC since June 2015, where responsibilities include managing company operations, estimating, negotiations, project management, scheduling, supervising crews, and collaborating with project owner representatives. Previously, Andy worked as a Project Manager at Union Paving & Construction Co., Inc. from September 2005 to October 2015, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects, including the Rt. 7 Wittpen Bridge. Andy holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University.
