Erasmo Rodriguez

Erasmo Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erasmo currently holds the role of Development Director Footwear at Tracksmith since February 2023. Prior to this, Erasmo worked at Accion Systems as a Sr. Operations Development Engineer from August 2022 to February 2023 and as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from August 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Accion Systems, Erasmo worked at Reebok as a Sr. Manager, Advanced Development from January 2020 to August 2021, and as a Sr. Manager, Future from July 2016 to January 2020. At Reebok, they led the development of Floatride Energy Technology family, conducted innovation development and testing on iconic Reebok technologies, and presented the innovation pipeline and technologies to senior leadership. Erasmo also worked at New Balance as a Manufacturing Innovation Engineer from January 2014 to July 2016, where they were responsible for acquiring capital equipment and developing standards for automation. Prior to New Balance, Erasmo worked at Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer from July 2008 to January 2014, where they were responsible for equipment acquisition and restructuring manufacturing documentation packages. Erasmo began their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Boston University from September 2006 to June 2008.

Erasmo Rodriguez attended Central Catholic Marianist High School, although the exact years of attendance are unknown. Following their time at high school, they pursued further education and completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, from 2004 to 2008.
