Joanne Quan has extensive experience in client success operations and enablement, with a background in technical support and professional services management. Currently at TrackTik since July 2018, Joanne holds the title of Client Success Operations & Enablement Manager and Client Success - Operations lead. Prior to that, Joanne worked at Crescendo Systems Corporation from October 2000 to June 2018 in various roles such as Professional Services Manager and Technical Support Team Lead. Joanne completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at McGill University in 1997 and furthered their education at Formalliance in 1999-2000.
