Matt Kruzicki

Matt Kruzicki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Matt started their career at Prudential Financial as a Financial Services Associate from July 2005 to February 2007. At SunGard Financial Systems, they held various positions, including Strategic Client Manager, Manager of Client Services, Team Lead of Client Services, and Consultant. During their time at SunGard, they developed and executed client programs, managed relationships with strategic clients, identified product issues and enhancements, and implemented a new support model.

Matt then joined FIS as a Product Manager for Financials, where they strategically aligned the business, technology, and user experience of the Investments product. Matt managed all aspects of the product release cycle, conducted market research, and developed partner programs. FIS purchased SunGard Financial Systems in November 2015, a company where Matt had previously worked.

After taking time off to travel and gain new perspectives, Matt joined TrackVia, Inc. Matt has held multiple positions at TrackVia, starting as an Implementation Engineer, then promoted to Senior Implementation Engineer, and currently serves as a Principal Implementation Engineer. In this role, they work with clients to understand their challenges and build customized low-code applications to enhance their processes. Matt also serves as a project manager for applications they are not directly involved in, ensuring project timelines, scope, and change control are managed effectively.

Overall, Matt has gained extensive experience in client management, product development, and implementation engineering throughout their career.

Matt Kruzicki completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including the Automation Pro II Certificate, Batch/Bulk Processing Badge, Collection by Workato, Introduction to Automation Accelerators, Processing CSV Files Badge, Recipe Lifecycle Management Badge, Transforming Data with Formulas, Working with Lists, and Automation Pro I Certificate, all from Workato in May 2022. Matt also holds the TrackVia Extreme Administrator certification from TrackVia, Inc. since July 2018 and the Pragmatic Marketing Certified: PMC-III certification from Pragmatic Marketing since February 2015. Additionally, they obtained the PMI Citizen Developer Practitioner certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021 and the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from CrossFit, Inc. in January 2015. Matt is currently pursuing the Automation Pro III certification from Workato, which they expect to obtain in June 2023.
