Jonathan Owen has extensive experience in the rail operations sector, currently serving at Tracsis Rail Operations since January 2013 in various roles, including Seconded Product Manager, Product Owner, Head of Rail Consultancy, Delivery Manager & Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Operational Planning Consultant. Prior to this, Jonathan Owen worked at British Midland International from January 2002 to November 2012 as a Senior Crew Controller, overseeing the crewing aspects of daily operations and supervising staff to ensure smooth operations.
