Tyler Breazeale

Tyler Breazeale is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and urban planning. Currently employed at Tract since November 2023, Tyler previously worked at Colliers Site Selection Services from January 2022 to November 2023 in the same capacity. Prior to that role, Tyler served as Research Coordinator at the International Downtown Association from May 2018 to January 2022, focusing on data organization and analysis for urban research initiatives. Experience also includes roles as a Research Analyst at Downtown Raleigh Alliance and a GIS Technician Intern at Effingham County GIS and Planning. Tyler’s career began as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens and includes leadership experience as a Senior Counselor at Falcon Camp. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning with a GIS concentration from Appalachian State University, obtained in 2016.
