Jared Milkes

Jared Milkes is a Geographic Information Systems Specialist at the County of Orange since October 2022, providing GIS support for Operations and Maintenance, Environmental Resources, Construction, and Sheriff. Previously, Jared served as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at California State University, Long Beach from August 2021 to May 2022, and worked as a Teaching Associate for the Geography of Weather and Climate course. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Geographic Information Systems Volunteer at the City of Monterey Park and assisting in wildfire research at the University of California, Los Angeles. Jared holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography/Environmental Studies from UCLA.
