Ary Pratama

Ary Pratama is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Manager for Tractebel APAC since February 2021, overseeing HR functions across Thailand and the APAC region. Previously, Ary held the position of Regional HRBP Asia at NES Fircroft, managing HR functions across multiple countries, including talent management and organizational restructuring. Ary's career began as a Public Relations Officer at Udayana University and progressed through various HR roles, including HR Consultant at OfficeFirst and Group HR Manager at Touchwood Group, where a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices was developed. Ary holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Udayana University.
