Elias Boukhalfa

Elias BOUKHALFA is a seasoned professional in the field of piping and mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Head of the Piping & Mechanical Department at TRACTEBEL since February 2019, focusing on Gas to X projects in France. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Piping Engineer specializing in Layout & Stress Support at SOFREGAZ SAS from August 2011 to February 2019, as well as positions as Lead Piping Engineer at both Saipem from August 2007 to August 2011 and Halliburton from August 2003 to August 2007. Elias BOUKHALFA holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Oil & Gas Engineering from Ecole Nationale Polytechnique.
