François Fobe

François Fobe possesses extensive experience in talent management, human resources, and operational performance within the water and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent, Learning, and Competence Management at TRACTEBEL, François has also held significant roles such as Head of Human Resources and Operational Performance for BA Infrastructures Europe and Finance Manager in the Energy Transition Department. François’s expertise includes strategic business performance, financial management, and project leadership in water resources and hydraulics. Previous positions include Project Manager at IMDC and Scientific Assistant at Ghent University. François earned a Master’s Degree in Bioscience Engineering in Environmental Technology from Ghent University.
