Jessica de Boeck

Jessica De Boeck is the Chief Legal, Ethics, Compliance and Sustainability Officer at TRACTEBEL since May 2025, having previously served as Chief Legal Officer at ENGIE Global Markets from July 2023 to May 2025. With extensive experience at ENGIE from June 2007 to May 2025, Jessica led a global team of over 85 lawyers in various capacities, focusing on legal and regulatory affairs in energy asset management, trading, and financial services. Jessica's legal expertise includes transaction risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Additionally, Jessica served as a board member for the European Federation of Energy Traders from November 2021 to December 2023 and has a strong background in law, having practiced at prestigious firms such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and DLA Piper. Jessica holds advanced degrees in law from Columbia Law School and Université catholique de Louvain, among others.
