Rachel Dolezal

Rachel Dolezal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at Tractenberg & Co., initially as a Senior Associate, Event Designer, then promoted to Director of Experiential Marketing, and currently serving as the Senior Director of Experiential Marketing & Public Relations. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they worked at the same company as an Associate Account Executive and Associate Event Designer. In 2015, they had internships as a Public Relations Intern at Braithwaite Communications and as an Event Planning Intern at GLOSS and Rittenhouse Row. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Mixologist at Bent Willeys Bar and Mixologist/Server at The Vintage Room, where their responsibilities included marketing and managing bar activities. In 2014, they also had an internship as an Event Planning Intern at GLOSS. Earlier in their career, in 2013, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Montgomery Early Learning Centers and as a Practicum Student/Intern at Hildebrandt Learning Centers, LLC. Overall, Rachel Dolezal has had a range of experiences in event planning, public relations, marketing, teaching, and hospitality.

Rachel Dolezal attended West Virginia University from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they pursued a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Public relations, Advertising, Communications, Child Development & Family Studies.
