Natalia Santana Silva has been working at TRACTIAN since 2022 as a System Integration Backend Developer | Customer Success. Prior to this, they were employed at Saint-Gobain Abrasivos from 2018 to 2021, where they held various roles including Analista de Manufatura Digital, Analista de Planejamento, Assistente de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Estagiário de Projetos - Automação Industrial 4.0, and Planejamento e Controle de Produção.

Natalia Santana Silva is currently enrolled in the Bacharelado em Engenharia de Instrumentação, Automação e Robótica program at the Universidade Federal do ABC. Prior to this, they obtained an Ensino Técnico in Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from the ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo between 2018 and 2019. Natalia also obtained an Ensino Técnico in Administração from the same institution between 2016 and 2017. In addition, they hold a certification in Ignition 7.9 from Inductive Automation, which they obtained in February 2019.
