Rafaella Monti

Rafaella Monti is currently a Hardware Engineer at TRACTIAN since 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Desenvolvedora de Hardware Jr and Estagiária em Engenharia de Hardware at Thales from 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Estagiária em Desenvolvimento de Hardware at Dyncir, where their duties included researching datasheets, designing electrical symbols and footprints, and routing multi-layer circuit boards. Rafaella was also a Subequipe de Eletrônica at ROBOK UNIFEI, where they designed and created electronic boards for autonomous robots. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Membra bolsista at Programa de Educação Tutorial em Tecnologia para Eletrônica e Computação - PETTEC. Additionally, they held two roles at Dacomp - Diretório Acadêmico de Computação - Unifei, as Diretora de Finanças and Auxiliar de Finanças, where they were responsible for the organization of events for the university's computing community.

Rafaella Monti completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá in 2020, having started their studies there in 2015.
