Janet Russel, P. Eng. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, software engineering, and web development. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Advocate at Traction Rec since November 2021, Janet supports community centers through a Salesforce-based CRM solution. Previous roles include Freelance Editor at Scribendi Inc., Publisher of Neighbours of Windfields at Best Version Media, and Founder of eViewVillage, an online shopping mall. Janet's technical expertise was established in earlier positions as Software Engineer at Zoomit Corporation and Back2Front, and as a Software Consultant at Eyepoint Inc. Janet holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Science option from the University of Waterloo.
