Julie Phillips

Julie (Juliet) Phillips is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both the performing arts and revenue operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager at Traction Ag since October 2024, Julie has also enjoyed a long-standing career as a performing artist since May 1998, encompassing roles as an actor, director, dramaturg, and theatre educator. Prior to this, Julie held significant positions at Lifetouch National School Studios, including National Sales Learning and Development Trainer and Area 1 Yearbook Sales Manager, focusing on sales training and talent development. With a background in education, including roles as an instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University and School Sales/Education Manager at Richmond Shakespeare, Julie combines a strong foundation in theatre pedagogy and sales operations, underscored by a Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Pedagogy from Virginia Commonwealth University.
