Candice (Sparkes) Sams, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager and Head of Supplier Diversity at Tractor Supply Company, following their role as Head of Supplier Diversity at Dematic. At Dematic, Candice oversaw all Supplier Diversity operations, facilitating strategic sourcing worth over $364.9 million, while also liaising with advocacy organizations. Prior to that, Candice held various positions at Ford Motor Company, including Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Business Analyst and HR Business Advisor, where responsibilities ranged from developing diverse sourcing strategies to talent management solutions. Candice's experience also includes a creative role as Creative Director at It's Happening International, along with managerial positions in the food service industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
