Carey Hartkopf

Carey Hartkopf serves as the Sr. Director of ePMO at Tractor Supply Company since July 2017, where a strategic vision for project management is championed, aligning project goals with business objectives and driving enterprise-wide change initiatives. Previously, Hartkopf held various significant roles at Academy Sports + Outdoors, including Director of Digital Commerce Development and Senior Manager of Digital Commerce, focusing on Omni-Channel capabilities and enhancing user experiences through advanced e-commerce technologies. Early career experience includes serving as an IT Service Delivery Manager at Academy Sports + Outdoors and Senior Project Manager at Footlocker.com, where substantial e-commerce projects were managed. Hartkopf holds an Associate’s Degree and received education from institutions including UW-Stevens Point and UW-Green Bay.
