Jennifer Cicinelli

Jen Cicinelli is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and indirect procurement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Indirect Procurement at Tractor Supply Company since June 2020, Jen is responsible for leading the indirect procurement team. Previously, Jen held the position of Director of Strategic Sourcing at Macy's, where responsibilities included enhancing the centralized procurement function across various business units. Jen's career includes significant roles at ANN INC., Gap Inc., GMAC, Inergy Automotive Systems, JB Hunt, and an early internship at Bendix. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
