Rigo Leach

Rigo Leach serves as the Vice President of Retail Operations for Region 13 at Tractor Supply Company since January 2018, where responsibilities include providing leadership in operations and ensuring compliance with corporate policies across stores while fostering team development through a coaching approach. Prior to this role, Rigo Leach was a Regional Manager at Payless ShoeSource from February 2011 to January 2018, overseeing a team of leaders and multiple stores, and was accountable for sales and leadership development. Rigo Leach also held positions at Payless ShoeSource, including Director of Retail Operations, managing extensive retail operations across multiple states and territories, as well as serving as District Leader, where responsibilities included driving sales and team development across a large number of stores. Rigo Leach earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Tampa College of Business between 1986 and 1991.
