Lee Hall

In 2008, they achieved the WSET Level 2 Intermediate in Wines and Spirits, as well as the WSET Level 3 Advanced in Wines and Spirits. In 2013, Lee Hall completed the SCAE Coffee Diploma: Barista Level 1 from the Specialty Coffee Association. Currently, Lee Hall is pursuing an MSc in Gastronomy at Queen Margaret University, starting in 2022.
