Ronda Boutcher

Ronda Boutcher serves as the Director of IT Retail Systems at Tractor Supply Company since December 2020, overseeing product, strategy, and execution for 2,200 Tractor Supply and 200 Petsense stores. Prior to this role, Ronda held the position of Director of Store Systems at Pet Retail Brands, where leadership was provided during the merger of Pet Valu and Pet Supermarket, focusing on unifying technology platforms. Ronda's previous experience includes extensive roles at Foot Locker, including Senior Director of Store Systems, where management responsibilities encompassed global support for over 2,600 stores, and the establishment of the Corporate Project Management Office within the Information Systems and Technology Department.
