Wayland Berry is an experienced retail leader with a strong background in operations and team management. Currently serving as Team Lead at Tractor Supply Company since September 2022, Wayland Berry provides leadership to the store team and ensures an excellent customer shopping experience. Previously, as General Manager of Operations at Mattress Firm from June 2010 to June 2022, Wayland Berry enhanced business profitability through effective management of profit and loss operations and streamlined processes within the warehouse. Earlier roles included Operations Manager, where Wayland Berry focused on improving operational efficiency through inventory investigations and conducting audits for loss prevention. Wayland Berry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Fitness and a minor in Business Management from Western Illinois University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
