Tony Williams has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. In 2018, they joined Pinpoint Innovations as a Non Executive Director. From 2017 to 2016, they were the Creative Director/Owner of Eternally Irish and the Communications Chair and National Board Member of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) Ireland. From 2008 to 2007, they were the Managing Director/Owner and Principal Director and Owner of Dignity Funeral Care, and the Medical Director/Owner/Operator of Portumna Retirement Village. From 2017 to 2012, they were the Director of Business Development at Auburn Chauffeur, Executive Travel and Minibus services, and the Director of Executive Travel Solutions. Finally, from 1997 to 2013, they were the Service Director of AnuU Psychotherapy and Counselling Services, and the Co-Director/Owner of De Burgos Gate Lodge Residential Centre and Podumna Pod Village.

Tony Williams began their educational journey in 1977, when they attended Portumna College and completed their Leaving Certificate. In 1984, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing from St Brendans Hospital, School of Nursing in Dublin. In 1989, they obtained a Diploma from The Open University in The application of the Nursing Process. That same year, they earned a BSc Psychology (extended degree) from London Metropolitan University. In 1990, Tony Williams earned an MSc Psycholytic Developmental Psychology from the University of London, with a focus on Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Technological University Dublin and earned a Management Diploma in Bakery Production and Management. From 1996 to 1998, Tony Williams attended Neptune House, Trinity College Dublin and earned a Higher Diploma in Counselling, Psychology and Therapy. In 2002, they obtained a Practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy from Performance Partnership in London. In 2003, they became a Master Practioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy from Performance Partnership in London. In 2004, Tony Williams became a Practitioner of Shamanism from The Performance Team in Newcastle. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, they earned a CPC Management in Road Passenger Operations from the Advanced Driver Training Academy in Mullingar, County Westmeath, focusing on Transport Management.
