Bhaskar Sharma

Bhaskar Sharma has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at CEAT Tyres Limited in 2010. Bhaskar then worked as an Associate Software Developer at Flextrade from 2011 to 2013, where they gained experience in building digital products and designing UI for high-frequency trading. In 2014, Bhaskar joined Nomura as an Associate before transitioning to Tracxn in 2015. At Tracxn, they served as a Product Manager from 2015 to 2016, where they played a key role in foundational work and setting up core discovery engines. Bhaskar then became the VP of Product at Tracxn from 2016 to 2020, leading a team of product managers, designers, and operations personnel. Most recently, Bhaskar served as the Chief Product Officer at Tracxn, leveraging their experience to hire and mentor product talent and implement agile processes. Throughout their career, Bhaskar has demonstrated their ability to adapt and grow in various roles and industries.

Bhaskar Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, between 2006 and 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian School of Business, during the period of 2013 to 2014.
