Poornima Goswami currently serves as a Senior Manager in Customer Success at Tracxn since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of EMEA-based clients and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure product adoption and alignment with business goals. Poornima holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
