Jaime Quintana has a diverse work experience in the field of facilities, construction, and planning. Jaime started their career as a Project Manager/Designer at FF&J Architects in 2000 and then worked at Commercial Architecture Inc in the same role from 2001 to 2004. Jaime then served as a Plans Examiner-Building Inspection at the City of Turlock from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they worked as a Facilities Planner at Merced County Office of Education from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant in the field of facilities. Jaime then joined UC Merced as a Facilities/Building Services Manager from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they worked at ATWATER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT as the Director of MOTF from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Tracy Unified School District as the Director of Facilities, Planning & Construction since March 2019.

Jaime Quintana holds a Diploma in Facilities Planning and Management from CASH - Leadership Academy, which was obtained in the years 2007-2008. In addition, Quintana has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from Woodbury University, earned from 1996 to 2000. They have also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including a CBO-Business Executive Leadership certification from CASBO (expected year 2023), an IPM Management certification from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (2018), and multiple certificates from the University of California, Merced in Management Development, Diversity, and Supervisory programs (2015).
